1. Do you have excellent english speaking ability without a heavy accent? * --- Yes No * 2.Do you have experience troubleshooting and replacing hardware components ie: motherboards, power supplies, control boards etc in servers or network appliances? --- Yes No * 3. Do you have experience as an on-site field service technician dealing with end user clients supporting a variety of hardware.? --- Yes No * 4. You must be accessible and able to accept calls 7x24 7 days a week except for holidays and days a backup tech can cover for you. Most calls come normally between the hours of 8am to 8pm eastern standard time (UTC-05:00) monday thru friday. You would give technical support and service coordination from your home, vehicle or place of business. You should get ten to fifty phone calls per week. Phone calls are received and made via a VOIP phone on your laptop or smartphone. You will need to update our server in the cloud, you will be sending emails to clients, vendors, technical specialists and field technicians in order to handle the entire service requests from clients. You can have another job or activity but you must be able to get away promptly to get internet access to call back and handle callers within 30 minutes and then update our server.
